• Only 1 corresponding author is allowed.

• Corresponding author must provide:

  • Institutional affiliation

  • Email ID

  • Contact number

• Abstract should include:

  • Title

  • Background/Introduction

  • Objectives

  • Methods

  • Results

  • Conclusion

  • 3–5 Keywords

• Formatting:

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Size: 12 pt

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • File format: MS Word (.doc/.docx)

  • No tables, figures, or references

• Ethical requirements:

  • Mention ethical approval (if applicable).

  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

• Presentation category:

  • Indicate Oral or Poster presentation.

  • Final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.

At least one author must register for the conference after acceptance.
