Instructions for Oral Presentation

1. Presentation slides must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx).

2. Submit the presentation to the organizing committee at least 2 hours before the scheduled session.

3. Presentation should follow this format:

   • Title

   • Authors and Affiliations

   • Introduction

   • Aim/Objectives

   • Materials and Methods

   • Results

   • Discussion

   • Conclusion

   • References

4. Recommended font size:

   • Titles: ≥32 pt

   • Body text: ≥24 pt

5. Use high-quality figures, tables, and charts with minimal text.

6. Maintain patient confidentiality and obtain necessary ethical approvals where applicable.

7. Presenters should report to the presentation hall at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session.

8. The total presentation time will be 10 minutes, followed by 3–5 minutes for questions and discussion.

9. Strict adherence to the allotted time is mandatory. The session chair may stop presentations that exceed the time limit.

10. Presenters should test their slides on the conference system before the session begins.

11. Evaluation will be based on:

    • Scientific originality

    • Research methodology

    • Data analysis

    • Clinical/research relevance

    • Quality of presentation

    • Time management

    • Ability to answer questions

12. The decision of the judges and scientific committee will be final.

13. Best Oral Presentation awards will be announced during the valedictory session.

Instructions for E-Poster Presentation

1. The presenting author must complete conference registration before the specified deadline.

2. The e-poster should present original work that has not been previously published or presented elsewhere, unless declared during submission.

3. The poster must be prepared in portrait orientation.

4. Recommended poster size: 1080 × 1920 pixels (9:16 ratio) or as specified by the organizing committee.

5. Submit the e-poster in JPG format with a maximum file size of 10 MB.

6. Use clear, readable fonts (minimum 24 pt for body text and 36–44 pt for headings).

7. Include the following sections:

   • Title

   • Authors and Affiliations

   • Introduction

   • Aim/Objectives

   • Materials and Methods

   • Results

   • Discussion

   • Conclusion

   • References (if applicable)

   • Acknowledgements (optional)

8. Use high-quality images, graphs, and tables with appropriate legends.

9. Ensure all images comply with ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality requirements.

10. Avoid excessive text; use concise bullet points and visual elements wherever possible.

11. Upload the e-poster before the submission deadline. Late submissions may not be accepted.

12. The presenting author should be available during the assigned e-poster session for evaluation and discussion.

13. Judges may interact with presenters and ask questions regarding the study.

14. The decision of the scientific committee and judges will be final.

15. Best e-poster awards will be announced during the valedictory session.

General Instructions :

• All presenters must wear their conference identification badge during the session.

• The presenting author must be one of the listed authors in the submitted abstract.

• Any conflict of interest and funding source should be disclosed at the beginning or end of the presentation.

• All research involving human participants or animals should have appropriate ethical approval.

• The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the presentation schedule if necessary.

• Certificates will be issued only to registered presenters who complete their presentation.

• Failure to present at the assigned time without prior notification may result in disqualification.
